$175: FAA Class 1, 2, & 3 Aviation Medical Exam

$100: EKG and interpretation

$100: Special Issuance & Delayed Certificate Issuance (email & USPS)

Waggoner Color Vision Screening Test included in AME exams, $75 if it is the only service requested

ATC Health Program Exam: Requires FAA Authorization and Invoice for Medical Service

$350/hour: HIMS AME

  • A 4% additional credit fee may apply

  • Cash/checks preferred
